Exam schedule not working with me

Question

 

I can not schedule the exams i've created.

I'm using Kaldin 3.0 on XAMPP for windows

I've done everything. I've added questions, managed groups, created users and create question papers.
whenever I select schedule exam, (I fill every blanks it asks) it passes next page but never schedule exam.
Please help me to solve this problem.

what seems to be the problem?
