Steps:

1. Download kaldin database script file from kaldin download page

2. Create database in mysql and execute below commands on Terminal/Command prompt

 

Linux:

  mysql -u username -p database_name < structure.sql
  mysql -u username -p database_name < data.sql


Windows:

 path_to_mysql_bin/mysql  -u username -p database_name < structure.sql
 path_to_mysql_bin/mysql  -u username -p database_name < data.sql



3. If you don't have Kaldin installed with tomcat. Follow the kaldin installation steps.


4. Open in browser http://localhost:8080/kaldin/


5. Choose Option "Use existing Kaldin database",
enter database credentials or optionally you can add it in context.xml as jdbc/kaldin datasource.


6. Follow the steps in installation process


7. Start using Kaldin.

For Linux

mysql -u username -p database_name < structure.sql
mysql -u username -p database_name < data.sql

For Windows


Locate mysql bin directory

path_to_mysql_bin/mysql  -u username -p database_name < structure.sql
path_to_mysql_bin/mysql  -u username -p database_name < data.sql

Once database is installed run kaldin installer from http://domain_name/install/install.jsp

Select Option I already have database. Fill your database credential or you can add it in context.xml manually.

Create admin user for kaldin login.

You can now user kaldin application.
